Everything you need to know about TKC Group and our AI portfolio.
TKC Group (The Kansas City Consulting Group) is a holding company and AI portfolio based in Kansas City. We build, invest in, and operate a suite of AI-powered tools — from marketing automation (HAMR.ai) to personal AI assistants (Altbot) to specialized SaaS products (WitCraft, TextAlerts, MiniCFO, BatchFormat). Members get shared sign-in access across all portfolio companies.
One account, everywhere. When you create a TKC Group account you get access to every portfolio company — hamr.ai, altbot.ai, witcraft.ai, textalerts.ai, minicfo.ai, and batchformat.ai — with a single login powered by Firebase Auth. No separate registrations, no password juggling.
Altbot is our generalized, privacy-first AI assistant — think Manus AI, but with a local-first hardware component called Altbox. Altbox replaces traditional home automation and security systems while letting you run your own agents locally and keep your data on-device. Altbot handles research, executive tasks, and creative automation.
HAMR.ai is our enterprise AI workforce platform. It provides dispatch and service-sector agents powered by the Kane orchestration engine. Businesses use HAMR.ai to replace manual dispatch, automate marketing ops, and run autonomous multi-step workflows — all from a single Cloud Run deployment on GCP.
We believe the next wave of economic opportunity is entrepreneurship powered by AI. TKC Group exists to enable anyone — especially in the Kansas City metro — to build their own AI-augmented business. Members get access to our tools, our network, our marketing infrastructure, and investment opportunities. We highlight and invest in local AI companies.
Kane uses a LangGraph Conductor Graph — a state machine that routes every user message through a deterministic pipeline: preprocess → intent detection → builder (LLM reasoning) ↔ tool execution → postprocess. A custom Model Router selects between Gemini 2.5 Flash (routine tasks, <200ms) and Gemini 2.5 Pro (complex analysis, research) based on intent signals. All 67 tools are classified as read/write/admin via an RBAC Bouncer middleware, and write-actions in shadow mode are queued for human approval before execution. This architecture allows Kane to autonomously compose multi-step workflows — like researching competitors, generating ad creative, and scheduling campaigns — while maintaining full audit trails and kill-switch controls. For enterprise clients, Kane supports multi-tenant orchestration: the same graph engine serves multiple workspaces (e.g., TKC Group, Coinme) with tenant-specific personas, tool sets, and Slack integrations — all from a single Cloud Run deployment on GCP.
