World Cup host city
Miami's Hard Rock Stadium hosts seven World Cup matches, capped by the third-place play-off (bronze final) on July 18 — the day before the Final in New Jersey. No USA group match lands here, but Brazil's group clash vs. Scotland, a quarterfinal, and the bronze final are the marquee draws for traveling fans.

Official info →Getting to the stadium
Hard Rock Stadium is in Miami Gardens, ~16 miles north of downtown. There's no direct rail to the gates — plan on driving, rideshare, or a dedicated event shuttle. Traffic and parking fill early on match days, so leave a big buffer.
Fan Festival is downtown, not at the stadium
The free FIFA Fan Festival is at Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami — separate from the stadium. The Metromover (free) and Metrorail serve downtown; use transit or rideshare and skip driving into the core.
Where to stay
Downtown/Brickell and Miami Beach put you near the Fan Festival, nightlife, and the airport (MIA ~8 miles from downtown). Staying near the stadium in Miami Gardens is cheaper but isolated from the action between matches.
Beat the heat
June–July Miami is hot and humid with afternoon thunderstorms. Hydrate, bring sun protection, and expect security lines — arrive early at both the stadium and the Fan Festival.
